The initials here stand for ‘Sunset-Kocktail-Al-Fresco-Indulgence’. S.K.A.I. Beach Club at the Padma Resort Legian offers a packed menu to select from for fine tropical dining while presenting a sweeping beach view. It was to be a dining experience of taste and style with a view.
Located just beside the stunning Padma Beach, S.K.A.I. Beach Club is an inviting dining venue of modern contemporary interior design and rustic touches.
The restaurant is divided into two main areas; al-fresco style spaces complete with a compact-sized infinity pool, and a fully air-conditioned indoors area for more
private dining.
The menu at S.K.A.I. Beach Club takes the elements of several different culinary types. I chose to start with S.K.A.I. seafood Caesar; a plate of starter that consists of lobster, prawn, salad, poached egg, served with tasty homemade Caesar dressing. For the main course, I treated myself to the S.K.A.I. special BBQ ribs, either the smoked beef ribs or the sticky pork ribs are available and both are precisely cooked with a delicious sweet sauce. I chose the beef and here tender meat fell off the bone with some gentle prodding with my knife and fork. I highly recommend this choice.
To accompany my meal I ordered (-2 °) beer. This is extra cold beer that has undergone an advanced process to maintain its cold temperature. Although I was almost full I simply could not resist a serve of the chocolate chilli tart. This was a great way to enjoy an excellent meal in S.K.A.I.’s embracing atmosphere.
