Casually tucked in Como Shambala Estate, glow offers all-day menus using mostly organic and locally sources products in a serene and cozy atmosphere.

The restaurant is a contemporary-styled and open-sided with an open-kitchen so guests can witness their food being prepared freshly. They serve easy dishes, nutritious and delightful COMO Shambhala Cuisine including salads, energizing juices and blends rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

Tuna sambal matah is certainly one recommended dish. It is a grilled flake tuna top it off with sambal matah, Balinese special chili sauce and served with apple aubergines, ginger flower, shallot and lemongrass. All the ingredients were fresh and the sambal matah actually made the salad taste better through spice, not overpowering.

Sea vegetable, avocado, cucumber & radish salad with Japanese dressing is another great choice. Finely sliced fresh cucumbers as the based with slabs of avocado, radish and pile of sea vegetables consisting of 3 different kinds of seaweeds are beautifully assembled in a plate creating a different yet refreshing and tasty dish.

To end my lovely lunch, I had a portion of dadar gulung, one of Indonesian favorites snacks. It is a savory and sweet pancake roll stuffed with coconut and palm sugar. The flavor is authentic. However, if you wish to have something else, Glow has other
kinds of dessert on offer such as cakes, diary free ice cream, sorbets and granitas made from assortments of fruits as well as flowers.
