Perched 70 meters above the Indian Ocean on Bali’s southernmost cliff, Ju-Ma-Na, Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali’s signature restaurant, presented “Le Duo Parisien” with tantalizing French cuisine cooked by star-studded duo, Christophe Schmitt and Gaëtan Fiard, Chefs from Michelin-starred “Le Diane” restaurant – Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière, Paris. This award-winning pair returned to Ju-Ma-Na for a second year earlier month of August, where guests indulged in the duo’s bold creations including Le Choux Fleur – “crème dubary”, smoked salmon, crème fraiche, avruga caviar; L’agneau – grilled marinated saddle of lamb with thyme, turnip, almond & barberry jus and many more. It was another round of exciting experience for both the Ju-Ma-Na team and Chefs.
