Monkey 47 Signature Cocktails and “Monkey 47 Gin ’o Clock” Happy Hour Offer Inspired by the unique and complex taste of Monkey 47 Dry Gin, the hotel’s Beverage Manager Sabrina Cantini Budden has created a list of signature cocktails featuring Monkey 47 Dry, Sloe or the coveted Barrel Cut. The five ingenious concoctions – Delirio Spritz, Candy Contraband, Sir Harrison, Baboom! and Kuroi Mori – are designed to encapsulate the distinctive aspects of the 47 handpicked plant ingredients used in the Schwarzwald Dry Gin.

The five Monkey 47 signature cocktails are available at the hotel’s Lucciola Restaurant & Bar, Zoku Restaurant & Terrace and The Lounge throughout the promotion period. Guests can enjoy a 47% discount off any Monkey 47 signature cocktails from Monday to Thursday between 4:47pm and 6:47pm with the “Monkey 47 Gin ’o Clock” happy hour offer at The Lounge.

The Monkey 47 special cocktails are also featured in an exclusive pairing menu at Zoku Restaurant & Terrace. The five-course culinary journey begins with a refreshing Toro Tartare with Truffle Aioli and Caviar; and continues with another appetising cold dish of Wild Yellowtail Buri Sashimi with Pickled Daikon and Serrano. After the satisfying courses of Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Inaniwa Udon and Kagoshima A5 Beef with Seared Foie Gras, the cocktail pairing experience concludes with an irresistible Black Forest Cake – the classic dark chocolate delicacy reimagined with Monkey 47 Dry Gin. It’s from Monday to Thursday throughout the promotion period.

Apart from the tapestry of culinary offers, cocktail aficionados can also enjoy an ultimate Monkey 47 experience with “The Wild Monkey Inn” staycation package from 15 July to 15 September 2021.
