Choosing a table by the window overlooking a splendid view out over the Indian Ocean, my lunch started with Soy Marinated Smoked Salmon Cannelloni.
Homemade smoked salmon is wrapped in thin slices of cucumber, topped off with avruga caviar and with togarashi soy garlic aioli on the side to enhance the flavours. Paying close attention to detail in its presentation, the dish looked as lovely as its taste. You may also savour the Oven Baked Beetroot Salad with Granny Mustard Orange Sorbet and served with avocado guacamole and tamarillo coulis.
For a main course, the Lightly Poached Yellow Chicken is undoubtedly a great lunch option. A sliver of chicken breast is lightly poached and coated with truffle cream and served with zucchini couscous, king oyster mushroom teppanyaki, and wasabi pepper chicken jus. The delicious truffle cream and wasabi pepper chicken jus beautifully complement the tender, moist chicken.
To end this lovely lunch, Hazelnut Mascarpone was my perfect choice. With its breathtaking views and gourmet cuisine, Ju-Ma-Na comes highly recommended for gastronomic enthusiasts to dine with a view.
