You may start your brunch with Ginseng herbal chicken soup, then followed with a selection of entrée such as Chinese congee, braised cashew nuts, bitter melon black bean sauce, cabbage vermicelli sesame dressing and pickle cucumber Szechuan style. For Dim Sum selection, besides everyone’s favourite shrimp dumpling and shumai, fried selections such as wagyu spring roll you can also enjoy a wide variety of chef signature including chicken dumpling, garoupa spring roll, lobak gao, vegetable spring roll, prawn har gow, chicken feet, mushroom shumai, pork ribs, chicken roll with oyster sauce.
In addition, Bai Yun Chef serves some delicious Chef specialty dishes that you do not want to miss including roasted duck, kailan garlic sauce, seafood fried noodle, crispy pork belly, soft shell crab with salted egg, black pepper wagyu beef. To end all you can dim sum brunch experience, you must order from the Sweet options (custard bun, chocolate bun, mantou) as well as Pudding choices (almond pudding, ice cream, chrysanthemum jelly , guiling gao).
The all you can eat dim sum is IDR 468,000++ per person inclusive free flow of iced tea, jasmine tea and chilled juice.
