Ahead of its ceremonial breakthrough in the fourth quarter of 2020, the new urban Aman Residences will soon appear in one of the world’s liveliest destinations, Bangkok. A long-term agreement has been signed by pre-eminent hotel and resort brand Aman to manage Aman Nai Lert Bangkok with Nai Lert Park Development, a subsidiary of Nai Lert Group, comprising of branded residences and a luxury hotel set for completion in 2023.
Aman Nai Lert Residences Bangkok was greeted with an extraordinary excitement ahead of its formal sales launch scheduled for September 10th. In time for the launch, a preview gallery of the residences was also completed.
Nestled in Nai Lert Park’s centuries-old tropical gardens, Aman Nai Lert Bangkok will offer a rare connection to Bangkok’s rich heritage and culture, enriched by Thailand’s generous traditions. A haven of tranquility amidst the leafy embrace of its namesake park, unrivaled elegance and luxurious residences will rise from its leafy canopy alongside a 52-suite Aman Hotel.
Any Aman structure is a classic characteristic of the unity of architecture and nature, paired with elements of local milieu, and this Aman is no exception. Though each Aman destination draws inspiration form its location’s culture and history, the architect has tried to stay true to the Aman identity while at the same time drawing on a rich tapestry of influenced at the Nai Lert Park Heritage Home to infuse a unique and authentic sense of place.
Aman Nai Lert Residences Bangkok, set in a 36-story building in Nai Lert Park, will be designed in the spirit of Aman and situated on floors 11 to 28, offering a lofty haven in the park’s lush oasis. With uninterrupted views of the Bangkok skyline, the penthouses and the one-, two-, and three bedroom units have a private entry, providing plenty or space and most feature private terraces.
Residents and their visitors would have access to various exclusive resident-only facilities. These includes a private dining room & lounge with its own dedicated chefs, a garden café with a library and business center opening directly to Nai Lert Park, Aman Fitness Centre and Yoga/Pilates studio, and a private infinity swimming pool on the 30th floor. A private Aman Kids’ Club and children swimming pool, as well as a private garden within Nai Lert Park, will also be included in residence’s amenities.
