Crafted by Executive Patisserie Chef Stephane Tranchet, this signature cake changes its flavour based on the season. Coated in crisp white chocolate, the cake is filled with plenty of mango mousse. Guests would be impressed by the texture of fresh mango and mango jelly, and the acidity of passion fruit and ginger cream inside the cake. Mango Maritozzo curated by Head Baker Tomohiko Nakamura will be the alternative of guests, which is a brioche dough with mango creams and the mango on top.
