These new additions include wellness-focused dishes like the Chiva-Som Siam Steamboat, an entirely pescatarian menu at The Emerald Room, and a special Traditional Arabic and Islamic Medicine (TAIM)-inspired menu from the resort’s sister property, Zulal Wellness Resort, Qatar, which will be served at Taste of Siam, Chiva-Som’s signature beachfront restaurant. Executive Chef Sinchai Srivipa, along with his talented culinary team, has designed these revolutionary dining experiences with wellness and flavor at the forefront.
Chiva-Som Siam Steamboat
The Chiva-Som Siam Steamboat, served at The Emerald Room, is a unique interpretation of traditional steamboat cuisine, designed for health-conscious diners. This exquisite dish offers nutrient-dense portions, ideal for two people, with a broth made from pure coconut water from Hua Hin, known for its natural sweetness and refreshing qualities. Fresh vegetables, lean proteins, and fragrant herbs simmer in the broth, releasing their natural flavors while preserving their nutritional benefits. Accompanying the steamboat are signature dipping sauces that infuse traditional Thai flavors with a creative, wellness-focused twist. The Emerald Room’s new Pescatarian menu is a fresh addition to Chiva-Som’s wellness fine dining experience.
