They offer a different kind of dine-in experience from breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis. The must-see breakfast buffet serves everything from eggs, fresh sashimi, through to congee and freshly baked goods. The dramatic open style kitchen presents something unique to its restaurant setting, allowing diners to feast with their eyes and enjoy the theatre of the kitchen.
If steak is what you want on your plate, Fire Signature Dry Aged Black Angus Tomahawk (Dry-aged for 21 days) is definitely the dish you have to order. Fans of seafood will love the Grilled King Prawns. To accompany your meal, you can sample one of the signature cocktails, Hanoman Obong, which represents Hanoman’s bravery as the messenger of Rama on a duty to give Dewi Sinta a ring. The blend of local soursop shrub with the fresh and sour sip of tequila, served with fire on top of the glass, is the personification of when Hanoman set the fire at Alengka.
