Seminyak’s most inviting grill restaurant, FIRE, is returning its primal roots concept, Bali’s mysticism – where the incredible energy and magic of Kecak (Bali’s famed traditional dance) will astonish the guests. Helmed by Chef Norberto Palacios, FIRE is featuring a dramatic open kitchen that awakens guests’ senses to experience the culinary journey.
Step into FIRE where the space is illuminated by bold colors of white, black, red and yellow, inspired by Balinese influence. Checkered pattern can be seen in the marble decorating the show kitchen. The centerpiece is the Kecak fireball-inspired chandelier, which radiates from the ceiling made of burnt timber strips. Draperies are hemmed in the Balinese traditional double Ikat weaving style, which can only be created in a single village in Bali.
“The revamp of FIRE’s new look and feel is not only a refreshment on the aesthetics, but also a transformation in the approaches of our team who are more conscious on the ingredients used in the kitchen. We desire to deliver an elevated dining experience with the finest cuisine for our guests to experience the thrill of the grill”, said Norberto Palacios, Director of Culinary of W Bali – Seminyak.
From the meat grilled to the flexitarian dishes, FIRE offers a different kind of dine-in experience from breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis. The must-see breakfast buffet offers everything from eggs, fresh sashimi, through to congee and freshly baked goods. While the casual grill restaurant has a menu of fire-cooked prime meats, a fresh seafood for lunch and dinner and flexitarian menu to keep guests coming back time and again. FIRE is open daily from 6.30PM until 12AM.
