Acknowledging the effort of those competing in the games, AirAsia recently announced the airline’s intention to give a free lifetime ticket for all ASEAN athletes who won gold medals in Rio 2016. Gold medallists are each awarded a free lifetime flight ticket, while silver medallists are awarded free flight tickets for 5 years and bronze medallists are awarded free flight tickets for 2 years.
