Meliá Koh Samui Opens on Thailand’s Scenic Choeng Mon Beach
Melia Koh Samui, a 159-room and 41-suite resort with lagoon pool that flows through its grounds like a river and suites built from wooden teak vessels that is located on Thailand’s second largest island, Koh Samui, has opened.
The
first property opened under the Spanish hotel company Melia Hotels
International in Thailand, the resort celebrated its grand opening on
January 10th,
with two restaurants, an executive lounge, a swim-up bar, pool,
fitness centre, ballroom and a kid’s party, outdoor playground and
mini water park.
The
nautical themed luxury beachfront resort is situated 15 minutes from
Samui International Airpot, facing the sands of Choeng Mon Beach, on
the north-eastern tip of Koh Samui, in the Gulf of Thailand. Meliá
