Clifford Pier

Situated on the waterfront of Singapore’s Marina Bay and part of The Fullerton Bay Hotel, The Clifford Pier is a restaurant serving an extensive selection of local and regional traditional dishes. Built in 1930, Clifford Pier was the main landing jetty for regional maritime traders and immigrants before being transformed into a restaurant.

Candlenut

The world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, Candlenut is situated at COMO Dempsey. This chic restaurant recreates dishes taken from Peranakan classic cuisine with a modern twist while still preserving its authenticity.

Open Farm Community

This may look like a regular restaurant from outside but once you’re inside, it feels like you are in a glasshouse. The Open Farm Community is a cosy place with a simple interior and semi-open kitchen design. Situated in a lush green garden, it is a collaboration between celebrity chef Ryan Clift from the Tippling Club and award-winning food garden specialists, Edible Garden. The food follows an east meets west concept and is beautifully presented using locally sourced ingredients.
