FIRE introduces a new menu created by the newly-appointed talented Culinary Director, Beryl Adler.
A hearty appetite and cheerful demeanour are a must when dining at FIRE. As part of W Bali Seminyak, the restaurant prides itself on its extensive selection of roasts, tartar, salads, and raw bar classics. Twelve signature meat cuts from around the world make up the main attraction, beautifully sliced and seasoned on a large tableside meat board.
The chef has combined an expert touch with bold creativity to launch a swathe of new menu items. Relish in the W Bali Chef’s Garden Greens, made with fresh greens, where the ingredients are taken from their own Chef Garden. The Herb Crusted Snapper is a must-try, created with wild mushrooms, snap peas, and blistered tomatoes marinated in Chardonnay butter sauce. On the bone section, newest to the family is the Pork Tomahawk, braised for 48 hours, moistures and served medium. Indulge in the Pod 64% Chocolate Melting Sphere for a delightful dessert finish.
The drink menu is a testament to FIRE’s unique qualities. The Fire Ritual, one of their signature cocktails, is performed on the wood tableside and blends flavours of Balinese Tamarillo Fruit, caramelised honey, Bourbon, and Pineapple Honey Orange Peel.
