AirAsia recently launched a new route connecting Bali to Labuan Bajo. All of the seats on the Airbus A320 were fully booked for the inaugural flight of the new route.
The flight QZ644 took off from Ngurah Rai International Airport at 12:55 WITA, carrying 180 passengers to Komodo International Airport at 14.55 WITA. A celebration for this groundbreaking flight was held at the Komodo International Airport, attended by the Regent for West Mang- garai, Agustinus C. Dula, accompanied by the Vice Regent, Maria Geong.
Marking a defining moment in Indonesian domestic connectivity, AirAsia has introduced additional new domestic flight routes including Jakarta – Lombok, Bali – Lombok, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo – Lombok, and Surabaya – Kertajati.
